Refund Policy

If a data file fails to generate, or is unusable because of a fault on our side, tell us within 14 days at info@likelypeople.com and we will regenerate it or refund you in full.

Because each file is produced on demand and delivered immediately, we do not otherwise offer refunds once a file has been generated. This does not affect any rights you have under the law of your country.
